Can't hardly wait for this one! Our car count just keeps increasing - it's great to see new faces and cars showing up for this! You never know what will happen next with these high horsepower cars running on those small 10.5 tires! The Summit Super Series cars (Juniors, Street, Modified and Electronics) are running that day - as well as a 5.80 and a 6.60 index...it just keeps getting better! Tell all of your friends that the River is the place to be ESPECIALLY on June 16th!

Bracket Racers

Just a reminder to all of you bracket racers that you have to be signed up in the track points program by June 1 to be eligible for consideration on the bracket finals team. Your races can be completed at any time during the points program but you will not be able to sign up for points after the June 1.
See you ALL at the track this Saturday night.

The schedule says Ford vs Chevy. In the past, this has been open to GM makes/models. Will I be able to compete in this event with a Pontiac Firebird?

Does anyone have any information on the blue, or purple 89ish fox body mustang that was at the track Saturday night. It was on a trailer with a for sale sign. Kind of a 10.5 looking car.

Just wanted to say thanks to the crew who worked the private track rental this past Sunday we had a big crew from TXHP that came and we all had a blast. Several of us ran our PB's and I finally got my 11 second time slip in the Shelby. The crew working that day were way beyond courteous and made the day really enjoyable, oh and the track was hooking really good again way to go guys!!

Stanley Haynes Memorial Race T-Shirts

I am considering another run of the Stanley Haynes Memorial Race T-Shirts but I have to be able to get a minimum order together. If you are interested let me know by posting here and I will see what we come up with in the next day or two. The only problem is you would have to be able to pick it up the weekend of the bracket race, March 17-18. I would sell them out of our trailer and would not want to make it an ongoing venture. Whatever I order I would want to sell that weekend. I would do the same thing as before proceeds would go to Stanley Haynes benefit account.

I just wanted to say good job on Stanlet's Memorial Race. I Like to think Stanley was watching and smiling down. That was the most cars I've ever seen at the track, and I think you guys did a good job of getting everyone through.
